The privacy policy describes the rules for processing information about you, including personal data, also known as cookies.

2. Selected data protection methods used by the operator:

  • The login and data entry points are protected during transmission (SSL certificate). This means that personal and login data entered on the site is encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
  • Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator with the key can read it. This protects the data in case the database is stolen from the server.
  • User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function works one-way – it’s not possible to reverse its operation, which is the modern standard for storing user passwords.

  • To protect data, the operator regularly backs it up. An essential element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the operator to process personal data, which particularly means regular updates of programming components

5. Information in forms:

  • The website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if they are provided.
  • The website may save connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
  • In some cases, the website may save information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the e-mail address of the user filling out the form. In this case, the user’s e-mail address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
  • Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g., to perform the process of handling service notification or commercial contact, registration of services, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly inform what it is for.

7. Essential marketing techniques:

  • The operator uses traffic analysis on the website, through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not transfer personal data to the service operator, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. In terms of user preference information collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

8. Information about cookies:

  • The website uses cookies.
  • Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the website user’s end device and are intended for the use of the website’s web pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device, and a unique number.
  • The entity placing cookies on the end device of the website user and accessing them is the website operator.
  • Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    1. maintaining the website user’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter the login and password on every subpage of the website;
